Program

Berta Doubková, Josefína Holcová and Iva Ščerbáková are three stage designers and visual artists who met at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU. They are interested in working with objects, materials and puppets. They share a common love of the poetics of imperfection and fragility, an interest in play and in mischievous activities such as hanging things, poking things with sticks, moving things with strings, sticking things in the ground, and banging things against each other, exposing things to the elements - blowing on things, sending things through water or submerging things in water, dropping things from and watching them fall, moving things with a long stick, putting two things together and seeing what comes out of the encounter and in mischievous activities such as hanging things, poking things with sticks, moving things with strings, sticking things in the ground, and banging things against each other, exposing things to the elements - blowing on things, sending things through water or submerging things in water, dropping things from and watching them fall, moving things with a long stick, putting two things together and seeing what comes out of the encounter.
